Baptist Health exploring deal for Keys hospital

announced Thursday that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to explore buying Fishermen’s Hospital in the Florida Keys.
(NYSE: HMA). The statement by the nonprofit Baptist said the deal was in negotiation and terms can’t be disclosed.
